Looks Like Rachel" for sale or free care lease for 2026 breeding season

Stallion service auction coming up in January. I am offering my mare, "Looks Like Rachel," for sale ($5000) or a free care lease.

She is open for 2026 breeding. She has 2 foals, a yearling colt by Disco Partner and a weanling filly (NJ-bred) by Mind Control (also for sale). She is a great broodmare, excellent with her babies, an easy breeder and foaler. She has also been lightly ridden. Raced 4x.

Rachel is by Cal Nation, who is by Distorted Humor and She's A Winner (dam of BlueGrass Cat). Her dam is Hidden Joy by Kitten's Joy. Hidden Joy's foals have won over $300,000 in NJ-bred races, including a full sister to Looks Like Rachel, Joy's Pride ($157,000), half-sisters Amazing Graces Joy ($208,00) and Starview Twinkle ($69,504). For the free lease: You get the mare for breeding to a stallion of your choice, keep her until she foals and weans the foal. You are the owner of the foal. You are responsible for all costs, including breeding, vet care, boarding, etc. The only stipulation is that she foals in NJ, has a registered NJ-bred foal, and that you list me (High Hopes Farm, LLC) as co-breeder of the foal.
